Could only gather photos of UPS Information as customer onsite did not want me to move them to gather information. Keith advised to get front photos of them, so we at least have that information. #1 UPS: Smart UPS 2200 Load 18% and Battery 100%. Red Light On to Replace Battery #2 UPS: Smart UPS 3000 XL. 2 hr. Min - 2 Techs - Remove 75 inch TV Cable Company Runs Cable then remount and Connect and Label (10/25/2016) iNetworks Services 2nd Trip Resolution: Return to location for a second visit and found out that there was a problem with the monitor. Once on site we met with the receptionist directed us to conference room to install the monitor back on the wall. Once we connected all the wire required for the setup we powered monitor on and notice that it is damaged in the right left hand corner. I immediately contacted Keith to inform him of the damage I've been contacted Julia the receptionist and inform her as well. Launch Julia and Keith made several phone calls about the situation they then contacted me back to get the serial number off the monitor and then Julia knight signed off on my paperwork. NO PAYMENT WE HAD TO PAY FOR THE $2000.00 MONITOR DUE TO THE DAMAGE 3rd Trip Resolution: Met with Sharon the office manager and explained to her who we were and the reason for the visit. Sharon then directed us to the conference room where the new 75%%%$ Monitor was placed. She then left us while we continued to unpack the new monitor. We then De-installed the damaged 75” monitor and placed it in the box that the new monitor was shipped in. We installed the new 75” monitor on the wall and connected all cables plus all HDMI Cables, We then powered on the monitor and saw a message on the screen that there was no connection in HDMI 4. I spoke with contacts IT rep which said that we needed to move the cable for HDMI4 to HDMI1 which is the cable for the PC. He then gave us the order that the HDMI cables should go in. We then connected their PC in to HDMI 1 and their Click Share in HDMI 2, their Apple TV box to HDMI 3 and Comcast connected to HDMI 4. While we were getting ready to connect their Click Share Box to the monitor, the HDMI cable we noticed was damaged on the end of it. I was asked if I could run out and pick up a new one and after contacting Keith at iNetworks I went and purchased a new HDMI cable. Before leaving the IT Rep said that he was going to lunch. Once I returned I connected the new HDMI cable to the Click Share Box and it was working fine. About 3 hours into the project we had all four HDMI cables connected and showing a picture on the Monitor for all 4 connections via HDMI. We then called Sharon for her to look over everything for approval but when she arrived in the conference room none of the connection were showing up on the monitor. Sharon then made a call to their IT Rep again to see what he could do but she got no answer but she did leave a Voice Mail. I then called Keith of iNetwork. While waiting we did some trouble shooting and found that all of the boxes had powered down. After powering them back on they were back up on the monitor. After calling Sharon back several times and getting the same outcome we realized that every time we were looking at the PC in HDMI1 the others would power down even though we could press the power button and power them back up. Sharon wanted all boxes to stay powered up at all times so she could switch with the remote from the PC, Click Share Apple TV and Com Cast without having to powering them up manually time after time. Sharon was able to contact their IT Rep again which he then emailed over to us some instructions and proceeded to walk it through with us together but it seemed like he did not fully understand the instructions to guide us thru it. I then called Keith from iNetworks again to keep him informed of what was going on. After speaking with the IT Rep and explaining to him that I was not able to understand the manual as he was not able to either. He was releasing me from the site and stated they would have to get the company out that originally setup the other monitor and that Sharon would not be signing off on the paper work. I then called Keith at iNetworks. While on the phone with Keith Sharon came into the conference room and said the same thing. She was releasing us from the site and did not want to sign off on paper work. Photos attached of all work that was completed. Parking Receipts: $10.00 HDMI Receipt: $15.89 10/25/16 9:51 am to 2:22 pm x 2 techs 9 hrs. total for 2 techs 1st Trip 4.5 hrs 2nd Trip No payment we absorbed cost of $2000.00 TV plus 3rd Trip 9 hrs. + $25.89 in parking and HDMI cable Total hours 13.5 hrs. for 2 techs Lorenzo Thank you.
