Fixture Installations
Attached is everything you need.
- Floor plan highlighting the fixtures to be installed
- General set of floor plans
- Instructions for the fixtures to be installed
- Sign off sheet, please print this out, fill it out completely and have the GC sign off on it after completion.
GC info
We need really good completion photos of both fixtures. Please get a couple close photos of both sides of the fixtures as well as some from further away that show the fixture in its proper place in the bank. We absolutely can?t have any trash or tools in the photos (especially nothing on top of the fixtures). I know it is probably going to be a crowded bank with other vendors / materials on site. We just ask you to try to clear a space around the fixtures to capture photos. The photos MUST be texted to me BEFORE the crew leaves the site. All fixtures will be delivered already when you arrive. Some fixtures will only require being anchored down. Others will require assembly. Please refer to the installation instructions provided. Please make sure the Trash and Recycling cabinet / slots are facing AWAY from the teller line. Sometimes the point of the fixture is backwards on the floor plan. See install instructions attached. There are instructions provided with the boxes on site. Confirm with the GC based off the plan, the best placement for these fixtures but also confirm with me via phone before anchoring to the floor.
Requirements
Key notes/tools: Must have before arriving to the site. Reimbursement is for Toggle Bolts and Lag Bolts Only.
8) 3/16 in. X4 in Toggle Bolts with washers to anchor DML-65 to the wall or 8 Anchors into stud with lag bolts
- Hammer Drill/Regular Drill & new bits are a must. ( recommend tile bits be brought as well just in case of a ceramic/porcelain floor)
- ¼? Tap-Con anchors, washers & nut drivers. For CW2
- Use 3? x 3/8? sleeve anchors for CW-6/CW-7/CW-8
- Tape Measure.
- Furniture Dolly?s (just in case).
- Shop Vac (Vacuum dust out of holes before drilling screws).
- Microfiber clothes (wipe down fixtures when completed).
- Completion photos must be as clean as possible (do not take any pictures with tools or junk on the finished product and please make sure there is no junk in the background).
- Make sure you print out the check list and complete 1 per location with a GC signature once completed.
